WHAT'S MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Les.Basics accepts viaPayPal and all major credit and debit card. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can create a new one before you pay. If you don't want to create an account, you can pay using a debit or credit card.
IF I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
Don't worry, you can checkout without a PayPal Account. 2 options are possible: #1 you can create a new Paypal account before you pay. or option #2 If you don't want to create an account, you can pay using a debit or credit card.

We do not ship to the following countries due to postage restrictions: Russia, Cuba, Iran, Islamic Republic, Korea, Lebanon, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, South Korea, Syria

I WROTE IN THE WRONG SHIPPING DETAILS, HOW CAN I CHANGE THESE?
If your shipping details are incorrect, please notify us straight away at: email@example.com with your name, order number and CORRECT address so we can forward this straight over to our dispatch team to amend. We are not held liable if your order have already been dispatched.
I ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE CAN I PLEASE CHANGE THIS?
If you have made an error and need your order amended, please notify us as soon as possible firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if your package as been already placed or it can be cancel without further fees.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE ?
We are doing as fast as we can to have your order on its way to you !
We will ship your order in the following 2 to 3 business day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Our deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 8-4pm UTC time zone. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery (dependant on your delivery destination).
Please note, there are possible delays with delivery time frames due to COVID and customs clearance. Please follow your tracking closely for ETA. We appreciate your patience.
We offer On Demand Delivery with DHL express. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification notifying you of this in which you will receive detailed tracking. Here you can closely follow your delivery.
You will receive an email/text message once your parcel arrives in your country and can opt to have the signature released, or sent to your local post office. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and customs, this fee is separate to that of shipping and differs from country to country.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER?
Once your order Is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
You will then receive a notification once your order has been dispatched which you can following the tracking closely. See shipping details above for delivery time frames.
Please note there can be a 24H-48H of delay before your order appears in our shipper’s system.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTY AND TAXES ON MY ORDER?
The prices on our website are all in CAD. They do not cover taxes and shipping fees. All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia. All taxes, duties, and custom fees remain the responsibility of the buyer and are never included in the cost of the order or shipping charges. These taxes and fees can vary depending on the country and state of your shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of any applicable fees and taxes. Les Basics is not responsible for any additional taxes and fees invoked during the processing and shipment of your order.
IF I DON'T WANT TO PAY MY CUSTOMS FEES RELATED TO MY PACKAGE?
We unfortunately do not have any control on custom and duties fees from your respective countries. Rules may vary depending on the country you live in. We strongly suggest checking with the Borders before ordering. Unfortunately, if you refuse your package due to not wanting to pay the custom fees we won’t be able to refund you and cost of extra shipping charges may apply.
CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY PURCHASE?
At the moment we do not offer any refund, if you wish to return your purchase we will issue a store credit on all full-priced items purchased via our Ecomm store.
Please note, we strictly do not offer any returns or store credits on sale items. These items are final. For a return inquiry please refer to our Returns page.
We take care of inspecting all garments before shipping them to you. However if you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service email@example.com that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the garment. Please include a photo to show the issue.
If the item is indeed faulty, we will of course process a full refund.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
All customers are liable and responsible for their returns fee. We suggest using a service that offers tracking and insurance as we are not held responsible for any lost packages. See more details on our Returns page.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN ON MY ITEMS?
All returns must email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. You should receive an email with the returns address. Follow the prompts and our team will be in touch with you once your return has been approved.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?
Our returns are processed in Canada, please allow store credits to be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving.
Please allow for a little longer during our busier periods.
WHY I RETURN MY ITEM IN CANADA IF YOU SHIPPED FROM INDONESIA ?
Simple answer, custom in Indonesia is very complicated and can be a real nightmare so we ask our customer for your peace and ours to return your items to Montreal and we will issue an online store credit to have more details you can check our return page.
HOW DO I USE MY STORE CREDIT?
Once your return has been lodged and then received, we will be in touch via email to issue you with your store credit code.
To then use your store credit, please apply the code in the field ‘Gift card or discount code’ and press apply.
The amount will then automatically be deducted from your purchase.
