Return Policy

NO REFUNDS — STORE CREDIT ONLY

We don’t offer refunds, but we’re happy to provide store credit for eligible returns.

Where returns are processed

Even though we ship from Bali, all returns must be sent to our team in Montreal, Canada.

Why? Indonesian customs makes it nearly impossible to process returns locally.

How to request a return

Email us at info@lesbasics.store within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number and reason for return.

If approved, we’ll send you the return address and next steps.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags

You must use a tracked shipping method at your own cost

Shipping fees are non-refundable

If the return doesn’t meet our conditions, we’ll send the item back to you

If the item is faulty, email us and we’ll fix it with a refund or credit

If your package is refused and returned to us, return shipping and any fees will be deducted from your store credit
