• We offer store credit on all full-priced items purchased via our online store
• We do not accept returns on sale items, as these items are final
• All returns must email info@lesbasics.store with your order number and reason for return
• All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached. We will not accept tampered or worn goods. If the item does not meet expectations we will email to notify and have this item sent back to you.
• Customers are liable for return shipping costs
• All return emails must be submitted within 14 days of purchasing
• In the case of a faulty item, please email us at info@lesbasics.store. We will send a returns label and incur all shipping costs. 
• If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide a full refund.
