Free shipping on all orders over $300 CAD.
- All international orders are shipped via DHL Express
- Free shipping within Indonesia
- $15 CAD flat rate to the USA + Canada
- $10 CAD Australia & New Zealand
- $10 CAD flat rate for Asia
- $30 CAD flat rate to UK and rest of world
All orders have a 3-4 business day processing time at our warehouse in Bali Indonesia before they hit the road. Once your order leaves our warehouse, your order will arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
If you’ve ordered a preorder item, it will take a bit longer to deliver. Be sure to check out the product page for details on delivery timelines.Our warehouse team takes a much deserved break on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note if your item was note pre-order we will ship the rest of your items when the pre-order item will be ready.
- We offer On Demand Delivery with DHL Express. You will receive an email/text message once your parcel arrives in your country and can opt to have the signature released, or sent to your local post office.
- As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and customs, this fee is separate to that of shipping and differs from country to country. If you are required to pay duty and taxes this will be sent to you after purchase. Please note this differs for each country code.

- We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products
- We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees.
- Any international orders unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery
- We cannot leave parcels unattended. If no one is available to claim the package, it will be delivered to your local post office for pick-up.
- We cannot re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order
- The following countries are NOT allowing any packages at the moment due to their own regulations due to COVID-19: Russia, Cuba, Iran, Islamic Republic, Korea, Lebanon, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, South Korea, Syria
TAXES & CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs charges you may incur.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of any applicable fees and taxes.Your package may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please note if you refuse your package you’ll be responsible for all charges, shipping & custom fees.
No refund, store credit only.
- We offer store credit on all full-priced items purchased via our online store
- We do not accept returns on sale items, as these items are final
- All returns must email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return
- All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached. We will not accept tampered or worn goods. If the item does not meet expectations we will email to notify and have this item sent back to you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and note that the shipping costs for a return must be cover by the customer unless it is an error on our part.
- All return emails must be submitted within 14 days of purchasing
- In the case of a faulty item, please email us at email@example.com.
- In the case that a return does not reach us, we will not be held liable. Please ensure you use a tracking safe method.
If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide a full refund.
For all refused packages that are returned to Les.Basics, we will deduct the shipping cost from your store credit.
