We shipped all our product where we produce them from Bali, Indonesia.
Please make sure to understand that all taxes, duties, and custom fees remain the responsibility of the buyer and are never included in the cost of the order or shipping charges. These taxes and fees can vary depending on the country and state of your shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of any applicable fees and taxes. Les Basics is not responsible for any additional taxes and fees invoked during the processing and shipment of your order.
Sorry, we don’t. Because we ship with DHL, we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address.
Les Basics is still a young and growing business. At the moment, every item is handmade by local families in Bali. Which means, every single item that we sell has been through a long process from which I had to oversee every step. We also love exclusivity.
Even if we ship from Bali Indonesia, Your order will be processed in CAD.
Les.Basics currently accept payments via credit and debit card only.
We do not ship to the following countries due to postage restrictions: Russia, Cuba, Iran, Islamic Republic, Korea, Lebanon, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, South Korea, Syria
If you haven’t received your welcome code, you will need to sign up via our website.To do so, enter your email in the bottom right hand side in the newsletter section. After singing up, If you have not received your code, please email info@les.basics.store and our customer service team will assist.
If your shipping details are incorrect, please notify us straight away at: info@lebasics.store with your name, order number and CORRECT address so we can forward this straight over to our dispatch team to amend. We are not held liable if your order have already been dispatched.
If you have made an error and need your order amended, please notify us as soon as possible info@lesbasics.store and we will see if your package as been already placed or it can be cancel without further fees.

All orders have a 3-4 business day processing time at our warehouse in Bali Indonesia before they hit the road. Once your order leaves our warehouse, your order will arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
If you’ve ordered a preorder item, it will take a bit longer to deliver. Be sure to check out the product page for details on delivery timelines.
Our warehouse team takes a much deserved break on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.
Our deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 8-4pm UTC time zone.
We offer On Demand Delivery with DHL express. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification notifying you of this in which you will receive detailed tracking. Here you can closely follow your delivery
You will receive an email/text message once your parcel arrives in your country and can opt to have the signature released, or sent to your local post office. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and customs, this fee is separate to that of shipping and differs from country to country.
Please note there can be a 24H-48H of delay before your order appears in our shipper’s system.

You will then receive a notification once your order has been dispatched which you can following the tracking closely. See shipping details above for delivery time frames. Please allow 3-4 business day processing time at our warehouse in Bali Indonesia before they hit the road.

At the moment we do not offer any refund, if you wish to return your purchase we will issue a store credit on all full-priced items purchased via our Ecomm store.
Please note, we strictly do not offer any returns or store credits on sale items. These items are final. For a return inquiry please refer to our Returns page.
Please note: Final sale only on sunglasses, swimsuits, items stocked in Canada, and items marked as sale. No returns, no exchanges.
We take care of inspecting all garments before shipping them to you. However if you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service info@lesbasics.store that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the garment. Please include a photo to show the issue.
If the item is indeed faulty, we will of course process a full refund
All customers are liable and responsible for their returns fee. We suggest using a service that offers tracking and insurance as we are not held responsible for any lost packages. See more details on our Returns page.
All returns must email info@lesbasics.store with your order number and reason for return. You should receive an email with the returns address. Follow the prompts and our team will be in touch with you once your return has been approved.
Our returns are processed in Canada, please allow store credits to be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving.
Please allow for a little longer during our busier periods.
Even though we operate everything from Bali, our returns are processed in Canada. Why? Processing returns locally is nearly impossible due to the complexities of Indonesian customs. So, for your peace and ours, we ask our customers to return items to Montreal. Upon receipt, we'll promptly issue you an online store credit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Furthermore, the shipping costs for a return must be covered by the customer unless it is an error on our part. To have more details you can check our Returns page.
Once your return has been lodged and then received, we will be in touch via email to issue you with your store credit code.
To then use your store credit, please apply the code in the field ‘Gift card or discount code’ and press apply.
The amount will then automatically be deducted from your purchase.
Please note: If you add items from outside our 'CANADA' page to your order, you will incur dual shipping charges (one for the package from Canada and one from Indonesia), along with taxes and duties on items from Indonesia. Your items will also arrive in separate packages.
