Our policies might seem a bit firm, but they help us do what we love and are good at, for ethical reasons and to make a change in the industry. • Express: $10 – 4–7 business days

• Priority Express: $25 – 2–4 business days

• Express: $20 – 4–7 business days

• Priority Express: $35 – 2–4 business days

 


 We do not ship to: Russia, Cuba, Iran, Korea, Lebanon, Libya, South Korea, or Syria.


Handling


Processing takes 2–3 business days. Delivery is typically 4–7 business days for Express and 2–4 business days for Priority Express. Customs, unpaid duties, or remote areas may cause delays.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, everything ships together once the pre-order is ready.



Customs


We're not responsible for duty, import taxes, or customs charges as they are beyond our control. They're like surprise guests at your doorstep, we didn't invite them, but they showed up anyway.

From experience, Canada, most European countries, and the USA often charge duties, while Australia usually doesn’t.


And just a heads-up: If you reject your package (for unpaid duties or any other reason), you’re still responsible for all charges, shipping costs, and customs fees because packages cannot be returned to Bali.



Returns



No refund, store credit only.

Even though we operate everything from Bali, please note our returns are processed in Canada.

Why? Processing returns locally is nearly impossible due to the complexities of Indonesian customs. So, for your peace and ours, we ask our customers to return items to Montreal. Upon receipt, we'll promptly issue you an online store credit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Furthermore, the shipping costs for a return must be covered by the customer unless it is an error on our part. For refused packages returned to Les.Basics, we deduct the shipping cost and any additional charges from your store credit.

Final sale only on sunglasses, swimsuits, items stocked in Canada, and items marked as sale. No returns, no exchanges.


Need to make a return? Here are the steps:

  1. Return requests must be emailed to info@lesbasics.store within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.

  2. All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached. We do not accept tampered or worn goods. If the item does not meet expectations, we will notify you via email and have the item sent back to you.
  3. For faulty items, please email us at info@lesbasics.store. If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide a full refund.
  4. Please use a tracked shipping method for returns, at your own cost, and send the package to Canada. We are not liable for returns that do not reach us.




Stock in Canada

 

Items labeled as 'STOCK IN CANADA' are your final destination—no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Just a heads-up: Some items may have minor quirks but come with a special price tag. Take a peek at the product title and sizing & fit section to know what you're getting into, as these gems are final sale.

And here's a pro-tip: If you mix and match items from outside our 'CANADA' page, get ready for a dual deliveries (one from Canada, one from Indonesia), along with taxes and duties on the Indo imports. Expect a double delight in separate packages!
