Refunds
Please note that we do NOT make any refunds.


Return : Exchanges / Store credits

The return policy starts the day your item is delivered to you. From then, you will have 14 days to ship it back to us for a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached. 

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

Sales items
Sales items are final sale. No exchange, returns or credits will be allowed.

Gift cards
Gift cards can not be returned or exchanged for a money value.

Steps to follow for a return 
If your item fulfills all return conditions stated above, you have the possibility to get a credit to use online OR an exchange for the same item.

Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping costs when sending back your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time projected for your exchanged product to get to you may vary depending where you live.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest you use a shipping service providing a tracking number or you purchase a shipping insurance. We can not be held responsible for the loss of your package.

FAQ

Why do we offer limited quantity ?

Les Basics is still a young and growing business. At the moment, every item is handmade by local families in Bali. The whole production is managed by myself alone (Fred). Which means, every single item that we sell has been through a long process from which I had to oversee every step. We also love exclusivity.

Let me give you an example of your tee's life before it arrived to you. First, I need to go choose and purchase the right quantity of fabric. Then, I bring it to get pre-washed so it won't shrink when you wash it. After that, I'm visiting my tailor to deliver the fabric and explain my designs (it usually takes serveral visits before we get the perfect item!). Finally, it's delivered to my office and ready to be placed in our Canggu boutique or sent on a cargo oversea to our e-commerce wearhouse in Canada.

The item that I purchased is damaged, what should I do?

We take care of inspecting all garments before shipping them to you. However if you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service as soon a possible. We will assist you with the next steps.

Order processing time

We are doing as fast as we can to have your order on its way to you ! We will ship your order in the following 2 to 3 business day.

Is it possible to pay for overnight shipping?

If you need your order faster, please contact our customer service.

How can I track my order ?

Once your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking number which you can use to track your order. Please note there can be a 24H-48H of delay before your order appears in our shipper’s system.

Shipping to multiple adresses ?

You may ship to one adress per order.

Currency, taxes and shipping fees

The prices on our website are all in USD. They do not cover taxes and shipping fees. All orders are shipped from Montreal, Canada. All taxes, duties, and custom fees remain the responsibility of the buyer and are never included in the cost of the order or shipping charges. These taxes and fees can vary depending on the country and state of your shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of any applicable fees and taxes. Les Basics is not responsible for any additional taxes and fees invoked during the processing and shipment of your order.
